What I Do
I coach CXOs and boards through AI adoption. Thirty years as a CTO and founder taught me where technology plans break in practice. I bring that experience into board rooms, executive classrooms, and live coaching sessions.
My work centers on a single question boards keep avoiding. Companies buy AI models easily. They fail to deploy them. Ten percent of the work is the model. Ninety percent is the friction between a pilot and a production system that changes how people work.

Why
Why does the company want AI. This question exposes whether the mandate is real or borrowed from a competitor's headline.
What
What needs to change. I map the gap between current process and the outcome leadership actually wants.
How
How gets built by your team or your chosen implementation partner. My work sits before and after that build, in the decisions that determine whether it sticks.

Research
My doctoral work runs on two tracks. The first builds a sovereign knowledge operating system for quant-ready world knowledge. The second develops the DFF Framework, a behavioral model of desires, fears, and frustrations that explains how leaders and organizations act under sustained change.
The DFF Framework already runs inside my CXO coaching sessions and my executive courses. Boards fear failure more than they doubt the framework. That fear is why they bring me in to run it live rather than run it themselves.
